Höhenfresser Tour
in Zell am Ziller

One of the longest valley runs in Austria offers pure fun on the slopes with 1,930 metres difference in altitude – and it can even be skied in one go!

The Zell am Ziller valley run is one of the slopes with the greatest difference in altitude in Austria and lives up to its name as the Höhenfresser Tour, literally the “Height Devouring Tour”. Skiing in Zillertal takes on a new dimension. If you start from the highest point of the arena – the Übergangsjoch at 2,500 metres above sea level – you will cover almost 2,000 metres in altitude and 10 kilometres of slopes to the finish in the valley. Challenging skiing fun for all experienced winter athletes is guaranteed.

Tip: With the Karspitzbahn in Zell am Ziller you can reach the legendary “sports downhill” in just a few minutes, which can certainly be described as one of the most beautiful downhill runs in Zillertal. With the Zell am Ziller valley run and the connected extension down into the valley, all sporty skiers are offered a very special treat with this slope.
