The car park is located directly outside the house.

Surroundings:
Our house is in the middle of Gerlosberg on a sunny south-west location at an altitude of 900 meters.
Centrally located in the Zillertal, Zell is an exciting gateway to the Zillertal Arena.
Here you will find a veritable paradise in the snow:
Ski and snowboard schools, a 7 km long floodlit natural toboggan run, snow and fun arena and the Zeller leisure park with ice rink, indoor tennis courts and bowling alleys offer a varied leisure program.

The largest ski area Zillertal:
The Zillertal Arena, with 169 km of pistes, 51 railways and lifts extend over 2,500m altitude. The path to the middle station is about 3km. Hourly the station can be reached also with the distance minute ski bus in a 10. The ski bus stop is 50 meters from the house.
Five other ski areas in the immediate vicinity are: maple-Bahn, Benken train, high-Zillertal, Kaltenbach and Hoch-Fügen. (about 5 -15 km)
The Tux Valley Glacier can be reached in 35 minutes by car or bus and is open all year.

Leisure offers in winter:
Skating rink and tennis courts can be found in Zell am Ziller, Wellness -Freizeitbäder with salt water pool located in joining and Mayrhofen.

Hiking area in winter:
Running and Nordic walking -Trails, cross-country skiing, and much more.

On May Day weekend every year the biggest folklore festival in Tyrol in Zell am Ziller held the so-called "hard Gauder-".
Numerous hiking trails and mountain tours are in the immediate vicinity, as well as
High ropes courses, via ferrata, rafting, canyoning, downhill, Arena Coaster, swimming pools, lakes, amusement parks for children and the Zillertal High Road - Driveway to 2020 meters above sea level with a magnificent view of the Zillertal Alps from the Inntal to the Hintertux glacier. It serves a varied panorama with many wonderful vantage points, the Hubertus-chapel, the lake, the commanded Murmelland, the Alpine Garden and the Kristallhütte.
