Our house is located on approx. 1,200 metres above sea level on the Rohrberg above Zell am Ziller, just a few minutes below the middle station of the Rosenalm and the Karspitzbahn, as well as the snow-covered valley run of the Zillertal Arena ski area. In good snow conditions the house can be reached on skis. The beautiful mountain scenery will impress you summer and winter!
