Ski-in and ski-out is a term you know? Wonderful! Then you know exactly what to expect here:

A chalet, right in the ski area - and yet in the middle of the village of Königsleiten. From the bed to the slopes, so to speak.

And in summer?

Starting directly from the breakfast table, happily and exhausted coming home in the afternoon and retreating for a moment to the private sauna to relax? Oh yes - that is exactly the vacation you have been dreaming of.

Speaking of breakfast table: Our chalet accommodates up to 17 people. And if you don't want to take care of your large group every day, you also have the option to use our delivery service daily from 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM.

Of course, only if you prefer it.

Do you prefer to go out and eat at a restaurant? The trendy Susi Alm and Hannes Alm are just a few minutes' walk from Chalet H.
