Welcome to Appartments Am Bach in Gerlos – a small, family-run house with only four spacious apartments in a quiet yet central location.

If you are looking for a holiday in the mountains and prefer a personal atmosphere instead of a large hotel or anonymous apartment complex, you have found the right place to relax, unwind and enjoy nature.

Pleasantly Cool Even on Hot Summer Days

At an altitude of 1,245 metres, Gerlos enjoys summer temperatures that are on average around 5°C cooler than in the valleys below. While cities can become uncomfortably hot, you can enjoy fresh mountain air, pleasant temperatures and restful nights.

Our apartments are located directly beside the stream and, thanks to modern insulation, remain pleasantly cool even during warm summer days – perfect for a good night's sleep and true relaxation.

Small, Personal and Family-Run

Appartments Am Bach is not a large apartment complex. Our house offers only four apartments and accommodates a maximum of 20 guests.

Many of our returning guests appreciate exactly this: a peaceful, personal atmosphere where holidays are about slowing down, enjoying nature and feeling at home.

Quiet Location – Everything Within Walking Distance

Although surrounded by nature, everything you need is just a short walk away:

Dorfbahn cable car: approx. 200 m
Village centre of Gerlos: approx. 200 m

Hiking, Biking and the Five Side Valleys of Gerlos

The hiking trails, mountain bike routes and the beautiful riverside promenade start directly outside our door.

From here you can explore the five scenic side valleys of Gerlos with alpine huts, waterfalls, mountain lakes and breathtaking views. Whether you prefer an easy family walk or a challenging mountain adventure, your holiday begins right outside the house.

Our spacious apartments offer plenty of room for families, friends and couples.

For cancellations, we charge a processing fee of €50.00 – even within the free cancellation period.
