Perched approximately 3km uphill from the picturesque valley of Zell, our guest house enjoys a sunny location nestled near the woodlands, offering breathtaking views of the mountains and the valley.
Just minutes away from both the valley and middle stations of the Zillertal Arena, our comfortable apartments feature balconies or terraces, along with amenities such as bread service, WIFI, and a ski boot dryer.
Conveniently, the free ski bus stops right next to our house, providing easy access to the Zillertal Arena within minutes. Additionally, all other ski areas are reachable within about 15 minutes.
No joint rental with the other apartments!
