The detached holiday house is located on a cul-de-sac in a beautiful southern location with a large south-facing terrace, only about 80 m from the Eberharter's Almdorflift, which can also be used as a connecting lift to the village lift. If you want an even more convenient option, you can also use the free ski bus. The bus stop is about 100 meters away. The ski bus takes you directly to the escalator of the village lift in about 5 minutes.
To ensure that your car is protected from snow in winter and from heat in summer, we have a carport in front of the house.
Our holiday house has two apartments, one of which is a 3-room apartment for rent. The apartment available for rent is located on the ground floor and is about 65 sqm. From the apartment, you have direct access to the large south-facing sun terrace.
Capacity for 2-6 persons. Prices vary by season and number of persons. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking accommodation.

Rental is weekly from Saturday to Saturday.
The rental price includes additional costs:
heating, water, apartment electricity, final cleaning, a parking space in the carport (especially pleasant in winter), Wi-Fi, bedding, local tax, and mobility fee.
