Our Alpenhaus dates back to 1959. It’s a house with a story, built in an era when love and attention to distinctive details were second nature. The house exudes authentic Austrian charm. Its character, the warm wood accents, and above all, that wonderfully cozy “at-home” atmosphere. We fell in love with that very feeling and with this special place, nestled in the heart of the beautiful surroundings. At the same time, we enjoy connecting the past with the present. That’s why we’ve cherished the house’s authentic character and combined it with a touch of modernity. Contemporary comfort complements the atmosphere of the original house without losing its soul, ensuring that you can truly enjoy your stay here. A place where the past and the present meet. A house with history, lovingly preserved, yet with plenty of room for new memories.

Hello!

We are the Arts family, Ronnie & Linda with our daughters Noor & Tess. Our loyal Bernese Mountain Dog Boef completes our family. For many years it has been our big dream to emigrate to Austria; the question "What would it be like to live there?" never left us. After the summer holidays in 2025, we made the decision as a family: "Here we go!"
It was an exciting adventure, and in 2026 we made our dream come true with the purchase of the former Graber guesthouse in Krimml. In the meantime, our alpine house is taking shape step by step. A place where we can joyfully welcome our guests and share our passion for the mountains and our hospitality with you.
