We have been producing fine cheese specialities in the Zillertal for almost 20 years. We always try to meet our own high demands and constantly develop new, interesting taste combinations. Our main focus is always on the quality of our raw material: the hay milk, which is delivered fresh daily by the farmers of the Zillertal. We also attach great importance to traditional processing in combination with modern techniques.
