The Eye Comfort Chapel The water chapel on the old Gerlosstraße is said to have healing effects for eye ailments. Although the water has not been scientifically tested, it flows through several different layers until it reaches the source, thus being enriched. Furthermore, this water has a different rotation and can be stored in bottles for years without becoming foul. The chapel was built in 1768 and restored in 1951. In 1998, a complete renovation of the Eye Comfort Chapel and a redefinition of the source took place by the Lions Club.
