Refund of ski passes 
in case of illness/accident

Please use our online refund form and fill in all the required fields completely. Once you have submitted your request, our team will review it promptly and process it in accordance with the applicable regulations. The refund will be processed in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Zillertaler Seilbahnen. Please note that refunds are only possible upon presentation of a medical certificate and can only be granted for unused days. Days that have already been used – even if only once – cannot be refunded in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions. Once your request has been successfully reviewed, the refund will be transferred to the account you have specified.
