Health awareness - singing bowl therapy

The sound journey is a guided meditation that uses the voice, the harmonious sounds
of singing bowls and other instruments to guide you into a relaxed state.
At the same time, the sounds invite you to dream. The sound journey is a wonderful
method to simply unwind, experience relaxation and recharge your batteries and draw strength for everyday life.
• Registration: By 5.00 p.m. on Tuesday – at the tourist office in Krimml
• Meeting place: 5.00 p.m. Krimmler Denkwerkstatt
• Cost: €15.00 with the Krimml guest card, otherwise €20.00 per person
• Difficulty level: Easy
• Minimum group size: 3-7 people
