aktiv Wellness - Hike to Astachhof

Promote your health and well-being with gentle hikes and light health and relaxation exercises.
All activities are led by a professional active wellness trainer and are suitable for everyone.
The "active wellness" program is available to all guests from Zell-Gerlos free of charge from June 23rd to September 20th, 2024 upon presentation of the Zell-Gerlos TopCard (guest card)!

10 am: "Astachhof"
We take the free hiking bus to the entrance of the "Schwarzach Valley". The hike will lead us across the „Weissbachlkurve“ towards the „Böndel“ and to the „Astachhof“ (1.320 msl).
After a refreshing pitstop at this farm and some energizing excercises, we will hike back through the „Grassegg“ toward Gerlos Gmünd.
Total duration: approx. 5 hours, walking time: approx. 3,5 hours.

Important: good footwear (hiking boots)!
