Enhance your health and well-being with gentle hikes and light health and relaxation exercises. All activities are led by a professional active wellness guide and are suitable for everyone.
The active wellness program is available free of charge to all guests from Zell-Gerlos from June 22 to September 18, 2026, upon presentation of the Zell-Gerlos TopCard (guest card).

For guests without the Zell-Gerlos guest card, the participation fee is € 20,- per person. The amount will be paid directly on site to the active wellness guide.

10.00 a.m.: "Hike to the Show Cheese Dairy"
Hike to Maria in the Krummbach Valley. Along the Krummbach, we will visit the cheese dairy at Krummbachrast (1,480 m) and treat our palates to a cheese tasting.
Total duration: approx. 5 hours; Walking time: approx. 2.5 hours.

Important: good footwear (mountain shoes)!
