aktiv Wellness - Hike in to the "Schönach valley"

Boost your health and wellbeing with gentle hikes and easy health and relaxation exercises. Alle activities are led by a professional trainer and are suitable for everyone.
The "aktiv Wellness" program is available for all guests from 26th of June to 23rd of September 2022 against presentation of the "ArenaScheck" free of charge.

10 am: Hike in the "Schönach" valley
Gentle hike through wonderful nature in the "Schönach" valley. After a stop-over we walk back to Gerlos in a comfortable pace. You get interesting hiking tips and an insight in the numerous hiking possibilities around Gerlos. Total duration: approx. 4 hours, walking time: approx. 2.5 hours - easy.
