As a thank you for the fact that no one was injured or killed during the construction works, a chapel was built by Maria and Johann Geisler not far from the farm. The chapel was built in 1891.
In spring 2010, the courtyard chapel was dismantled due to construction work. Therefore, a new chapel was built in the years 2010 and 2011. The new chapel was solemnly consecrated by Mr. Pastor Ferdinand Schnaiter in autumn 2011.
