Shortened Summer Season in 2025
The Rosenalmbahn will be operational from June 7, 2025, to August 31, 2025, after which the necessary construction work will commence. We recognize that this will impact the upcoming summer season, but the work is essential to secure long-term operations and to offer an even better experience to our guests in the future. The winter season 2025/26 will start as usual in early December!

State-of-the-art sustainable snowmaking

In the summer of 2025, the Gerlos ski lift centre invested around 12 million euros in modernising its snowmaking system. This involved the construction of the new Ebenfeld 2 reservoir, the renovation of Ebenfeld 1, an energy-efficient pumping station and the renewal of around 7 km of pipelines – an important step towards greater snow reliability, efficiency and sustainability in the Zillertal Arena.
