Our stylish rooms in various categories and the spacious apartments for 4 to 5 people, designed in a modern Tyrolean style, invite you to relax and feel at home.

After an active day, our generously-sized wellness area offers soothing relaxation. A Finnish sauna, herbal sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin, a cozy terrace, and a quiet relaxation area provide for restorative moments. Starting in summer 2026, a new natural pool with about 100 m² of water surface – bathing pleasure without chemical additives – will also await you.

Children can look forward to a large playroom – equipped with numerous games, books, art supplies, as well as table football and air hockey. A special highlight is our goats and rabbits, which love to be petted. Directly opposite is the Arena Coaster, the summer toboggan run of the Zillertal Arena, as well as a large adventure playground.

For bikers, a lockable bike room with a washing area and e-bike charging station (without chargers) is available. Additionally, you can use our fitness room around the clock.

In the immediate vicinity, you will find more leisure options such as the Zell am Ziller leisure park with adventure golf, tennis and ice rink, the Zillertal Beer brewery, and the cheese dairy in Mayrhofen.
