Die Melcherböden im Wildgerlostal
From the Gasthof Finkau (paid parking) the hike starts along a well-maintained path to the Leitenkammerklamm.
Viewing platforms provide an impressive insight into the world of the gorge. With a bit of luck, you can observe water ouzels as well as creek and mountain wagtails along the stream.
The path leads us further into the valley from the Trisslalm (1,584 m) to the moraine from 1850. During the tour, we will explore the shaping power of water, glaciers, and the typical alpine vegetation.
The return journey follows the same route.
