Wanderung zur Wildalm
WILD ALM
(July 13 to September 7 - from the NP program)
This tour takes us along bike and forest paths up to the "shady side" of Neukirchen. The national park ranger shares interesting information about the forest and the original state of the valley. At about 1,700 m we reach the Wild Alm (located between the Habach and Untersulzbachtal valleys) - the terrain opens up and we look down into the Salzach valley. The Alm has been maintained by an association for a few years, a new concept in a traditional Alm.
Meeting: 9:00 a.m. at the parking lot Sportplatz Neukirchen (train station)
Duration: approximately 7.5 hours / walking time 6 hours - about 13 km
Registration: Until the day before 5:00 p.m. at: npht.at/touren
Costs: free with guest card, otherwise adults € 22,--
Requirement: Medium approximately 850 meters of elevation gain
