Enhance your health and well-being with gentle hikes and light health and relaxation exercises. All activities are led by a professional active wellness trainer and are suitable for everyone.
The active wellness program is available to all guests from Zell-Gerlos from June 22 to September 18, 2026, free of charge upon presentation of the Zell-Gerlos TopCard (guest card)!
3.00 p.m.: Forest Bathing
Forest bathing (jap. Shinrin-yoku) is the conscious, mindful immersion into the atmosphere of the forest with all senses. It is about slowing down, lowering blood pressure, reducing stress hormones, promoting and strengthening the immune system and well-being.
Duration: approx. 2 hours | Number of participants: max. 12 people
Cost: free with the Zell-Gerlos TopCard (guest card). Otherwise € 15 per person.
Meeting point: Tourism Association Office Gerlos 196
End around 5.00 p.m. in the Schönachtal.
