The route starts in Krimml and immediately leads you up the first mountain pass. From the Gerlospass, you continue over the Tyrolean state border to Gerlos. Over the winding Hainzenberg you reach Zell am Ziller. Through the Zillertal it goes to Strass and along the Inn further towards Rattenberg. In Wörgl you already head towards Kitzbühel - Jochberg and then come back to the Salzburg region via Pass Thurn to Mittersill. Along the Salzach valley you return to the starting point - to Krimml.
