Enhance your health and well-being with gentle hikes and light health and relaxation exercises. All activities are led by a professional active wellness guide and are suitable for everyone.
The active wellness program is available to all guests from Zell-Gerlos free of charge from June 22 to September 18, 2026, upon presentation of the Zell-Gerlos TopCard (guest card).
For guests without a Zell-Gerlos guest card, the participation fee is € 20 per person. The amount is payable on-site directly to the active wellness guide.
5:30 a.m.: Reflective Sunrise Tour (only in clear weather)
Experience the first rays of sunshine and the magical morning awakening on the mountain with a magnificent view from the Gerlosplatte.
Return to Gerlos around 8:00 a.m.
Total duration: around 2.5 hours, walking time: around 1.5 hours - easy hike.
Important: Please arrive at the meeting point by your own car!
