Promote your health and well-being with gentle hikes and light health and relaxation exercises. All activities are led by a professional active wellness trainer and are suitable for everyone.
The active wellness program is available to all guests from Zell-Gerlos free of charge upon presentation of the Zell-Gerlos TopCard (guest card) from June 22 to September 18, 2026!
5:30 a.m.: Reflective sunrise tour (only in clear weather)
Experience the first rays of sunshine and the magical morning awakening in the mountains with a wonderful view from the Gerlosplatte.
Return to Gerlos at approximately 8:00 a.m.
Total duration: approximately 2.5 hours, walking time: approximately 1.5 hours - easy hike.
Important: Please come to the meeting point with your own car!
