Promote your health and well-being with gentle hikes and light health and relaxation exercises. All activities are led by a professional Active Wellness Trainer and are suitable for everyone.
The Active Wellness Program is available free of charge to all guests from Zell-Gerlos from June 22 to September 18, 2026, upon presentation of the Zell-Gerlos TopCard (guest card)!
5:30 AM: Reflective Sunrise Tour (only in clear weather)
Experience the first rays of sunshine and the magical awakening of the morning on the mountain with a magnificent view from the Gerlosplatte.
Return to Gerlos at approximately 8:00 AM.
Total duration: approximately 2.5 hours, walking time: approximately 1.5 hours - easy hike.
Important: Please come to the meeting point by your own car!
