DAHUAM.SUITES

DAHUAM.SUITES is a small, fine apartment house located in the heart of Gerlos, surrounded by the Gerlos Bach, alpine meadows, and a 360° mountain panorama.
In each of the six apartments, where you can feel at home, you will find your private furnished balcony or terrace.

Each apartment comes with a spacious living kitchen, generous bathroom with a separate WC, an entrance area with a wardrobe, and a bedroom with extra-long box spring beds (180x210 cm) and plenty of storage space for your outfits.
In the garden (from 2026), you can use our grill area, hammock, sun loungers, and lounge under the open sky. The little ones have only 100 m to the nearest playground!

In the welcome area, you will find our large collection of books and games for all ages, as well as Fabians mini wine cellar and Antonias snack cupboard. Here you can find little treats for your holiday in Gerlos or as souvenirs for your loved ones back home.

We are pleasure seekers ourselves and have therefore equipped the kitchens with everything we consider important. This includes RIEDEL glasses, wine coolers, fondue sets, raclette dishes, cocktail bar, knife block, Nespresso machine, and much more.

In winter, you can enjoy ski-in ski fun with us, as we are located directly at the Gerlos valley run. In the morning, you just need to literally fall out of the door to get into the ski bus, which takes you either to the Isskogel cable car (700m) or to the Dorfbahn Gerlos (750m). A ski depot is, of course, available for you free of charge in the house.
Restaurants, bars, and après-ski venues are all within walking distance, allowing you to give your car a holiday as well. The nearest supermarket is just 200 m away!
In summer, you can start the most popular hiking trail in Gerlos, the Erlebnisreichweg, right in front of the house. The hiking bus (about 200m away) takes you to one of the five side valleys or to the Durlaßboden reservoir.

Your little guests are welcome to use the children's playroom and playground in our restaurants DAHUAM.202 and Martins Skihütte for free during opening hours.

So normal things like parking right in front of the accommodation, Wi-Fi, ski depot in the house, a friendly smile, and tips and tricks in the area are, of course, free for you.

Directions
From the North: From Munich/Salzburg/Vienna on the A1, A8, and A93 up to Kiefersfelden.
Continue on the A12 Inntalautobahn (don't forget the highway vignette) to the Zillertal exit between Innsbruck and Kufstein.
Coming from the West: From Vorarlberg/Innsbruck on the A12 to the Zillertal exit. Continue on the B169 into the Zillertal.

Continue on the B169 to the exit Zell am Ziller Süd towards Gerlos/Gerlospass. In the center of the village, simply turn left at house number 219 - park and your holiday can begin!

From the South: From Klagenfurt on the A10 to Salzburg. From Graz on the A9 to Liezen. Then take the A10 to Salzburg or to the Bischofshofen exit and continue towards Mittersill.
From the East: A10 Tauernautobahn to Werfen, B 311 to Schwarzach, Zell am See, then on the B 168 to Mittersill and further over the B 165 over the Gerlospass (toll applies!) to the village center, then turn right at house number 219 - park and your holiday can begin!
