Special attention is paid to fresh products from the farm. Outstanding meat from sustainable mountain agriculture from their own farm, aromatic kitchen herbs like mint, lavender, and sage from the Sonnenhof herb garden, alongside hand-picked wines from their own vineyard in Burgenland – this is the kitchen of the Sonnenhof. The mountain farm “Am Kendl” is something the Sonnenhof is particularly proud of.
