Zittauer Hütte

The environmentally certified Zittauer Hütte is located idyllically in the western valley of the Hohe Tauern National Park. With the lower Wildgerlossee directly in front of the hut, it is a popular excursion destination for all age groups. Both hikers and high-altitude climbers find ample opportunities to explore the landscape in the surrounding mountain world. From the Finkau parking lot through the Wildgerlostal, approximately 3 hours walking time. Open: Mid-June - Mid-October (weather dependent)
