From the Krimmler Tauernhaus into the valley towards Jaidbachalm. Continue to the Outer and Inner Keesalm. Now follow the path uphill to the hut, which is situated in the midst of a magnificent glacier world. A point of attraction for young and old alike is the Eissee, located 10 minutes from the hut.
The local mountain of the hut, the 2888m high Gamsspitzl, can be comfortably reached in 1.5 hours from the hut. -
A very rewarding tour with magnificent panoramic views.
