The two holiday apartments are located in the village area "Dörfl" in Hainzenberg.

The apartments have a wonderful view of the Zillertal valley and the surrounding mountain world. They are situated a few steps above the garage, where one parking spot per holiday apartment is available to you. The houses are located on a hill and are therefore wonderfully quiet. Nevertheless, you can reach the Gerlossteinbahn, the bus stop, and the two hotel restaurants within just 5 minutes on foot. The nearest village, Zell am Ziller, can be reached in about 6-7 minutes by car. There are shopping opportunities for groceries, jewelry, flowers, and clothing/shoes/sports equipment nearby. You will also find a pharmacy, doctors, a post office, guesthouses and restaurants, bakeries, butcher shops, as well as hairdressers and two tobacconists. You can also reach the valley station of the Zillertal Arena by car in about 9-10 minutes. From the holiday apartments, you can also head towards the ski areas Gerlos or Königsleiten.

Furthermore, we also have a small farm.

The house has only two units, is located on a hill, and is therefore wonderfully quiet. Nevertheless, you can reach the Gerlossteinbahn, the bus stop, and the two hotel restaurants within just 5 minutes on foot. The ski rental Siglstetter is located at the Dörflwirt hotel and is about a 4-minute walk away (right across from the Gerlossteinbahn). There are two sled rentals directly at the cable car itself. Otherwise, you can also purchase or rent ski and snowboard equipment in Zell am Ziller. There are numerous rental services there.

Equipment:

Our holiday apartment "Point Zillertalblick" is a 2-room apartment with approximately 75 m² of living space. It features an east-west facing bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed (suitable especially for children, but also for adults), spacious wardrobes, and a wooden floor. The furniture is made of real spruce wood – it’s a great place to sleep. There is, of course, a bathroom with a bathtub, sink with mirror, countertop, a toilet, and a window. The spacious hallway provides plenty of space for shoes, jackets, or bags. The heart of the apartment is the generously sized living kitchen with a tiled stove, from where you also access the large terrace that belongs to it. The tiled stove will be heated for you upon request (for an additional charge). The high-quality wooden paneling on the ceiling and in the living area is an eye-catcher, and the cozy corner sofa invites you to relax. The TV corner is also finished in wood. The apartment is additionally equipped with a radio/CD player, smart TV, kettle, oven, dishwasher, and coffee filter machine. Free Wi-Fi, bed linen, 1 towel and 1 bath towel per person, dish towels, and 2 toilet rolls are also provided and included. We also offer you a space in the garage where you can store your skis and ski boots.

Prices:

Local tax 1.80 p.p. per day. The final cleaning for the holiday apartment costs a total of 70.- €. We kindly request that you pay in cash, as we unfortunately do not have the electronic devices to enable EC/card or credit card payments. We also offer a bread roll service for the duration of your stay, the costs for this are individual, depending on the quantity and type of bread rolls. If you would like to utilize this service, please let us know in advance (via email or on-site).

Furthermore, the tiled stove will be heated with wood if desired. The cost for this service is 10,- per heating.

Note:

Please note that in very heavy snowy weather conditions, it is best to carry good winter tires and possibly also snow chains.

Arrival is from 3 PM and departure is until 10 AM.
