The house, completed in December 2013 - formerly known as "Appartement Arenablick" - was built with great attention to detail, combining modern living with traditional Tyrolean charm.
Since 2026, it has been operating under the name "Appartement Bergzeit Gerlos" and stands for quality, warmth, and hospitality.
Thanks to its quiet, sunny, and central location, our guests enjoy short distances and limitless relaxation. The town center is only about a three-minute walk away.
In winter, skiing starts right at the doorstep - when there is enough snow, the slope leads down to the house. The entrance to the Zillertal Arena, one of the largest ski areas in Tyrol, is just a few minutes' walk away.
In addition to perfectly groomed slopes, cross-country ski trails, winter hiking paths, and cozy huts invite you to enjoy and linger.
In summer, Gerlos becomes a paradise for hikers, cyclists, and nature lovers. Numerous hiking and mountain biking routes begin right in the vicinity and lead to crystal-clear mountain lakes, rustic alpine huts, and impressive peaks.
The nearby Durlaßboden reservoir offers excellent opportunities for swimming, surfing, or simply relaxing in the sun.
Whether active days in the mountains or quiet hours on the balcony - at "Appartement Bergzeit Gerlos," you will experience Gerlos at its best: authentic, diverse, and with the true Tyrolean way of life.

For a completely pleasant stay, numerous amenities are available to you: a ski room with a ski boot dryer in winter, as well as a bike room in summer, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, a free towel change per booked week, an analog and a digital information brochure with personal tips from the area, free parking directly at the house, and upon request, a baby and children's bed as well as a high chair
