Set off from the centre of Ried (church) and head towards the train station. Pass the train station and follow the signs until you reach the Ziller Promenade. Turn right at the Ziller Promenade and head towards Kaltenbach. The trail runs alongside the River Ziller as far as Kaltenbach and the pedestrian bridge to Stumm. Cross the bridge and head left towards Uderns. When you reach the bypass bridge in Ried, cross the River Ziller again and head left towards Ried.
