MEMORIAL HIKE
Meeting point: Tourist agency Krimml

On our commemorative hike, we follow the traces of the flight of 1947, crossing the Krimmler Tauern and hiking to Kasern in South Tyrol/Alto Adige. The hike leads through high alpine terrain up to an altitude of 2,634 m. The pure walking time is approx. 8 hours. Appropriate physical condition, weather protection, drinksand snacks are required!
Alternatively, two shorter variants are possible, which are less strenuous and turn round and go back the same way before crossing the pass. Please note that you have to decide on one of the options when registering and that no last-minute changes are possible, as we have to plan the respective transfers with taxis and buses in advance.

Registration is mandatory for the dialogue forum and the memorial hike.
