The hike starts in Krimml at the tourism office and passes the Panoramahotel Burgeck. Through a beautiful spruce forest, you go over the Binderberg to the Gerlos Alpine Road. In this area, you go under the road and then continue uphill through the forest. This path ends directly at the Alpengasthof Filzstein in Hochkrimml.
