The valley entrance in Gerlos-Gmünd is right next to the federal road (parking lot). The path climbs a little steeper for the first few meters, then you walk past the alpine pastures further into the valley to the “Wimmertalalm” snack station. Enjoy the peace and the wonderful winter panorama.
The Wimmertalalm will remain closed in winter 2023/24!
