The eventful circular trail begins at parking space 4 at the Krimml waterworld (1.029m). On hiking trail no. 19, you will first head out on a beautiful forest path and then arrive at some old tollhouses, the birthplace of the Salzburg freedom fighter, Anton Wallner, and an old farm house built in 1577. You will then reach the panoramic Hotel Burgeck (1.167m), where you can have a break on the beautiful terrace with a magnificent view of the Krimml waterfalls. The trail continues on path no. 15 to the repatriates cross, which was erected in 1964, and onwards to Falkenstein.
ATTENTION - due to a construction site a detour for the area Panoramahotel Burgeck is signposted! (Anton Wallner birthplace - direction Melchartbauer - short piece uphill - junction with the existing Panoramaweg direction Heimkehrerkreuz).
