Schwarzachtal - Nr. 8

Take the romantic forest path along the Gerlosbach from Gerlos to Gmünd heading towards Hotel Kröller. Cross the road and turn right to Hotel Almhof. Follow the single track road  about 1 km to the "Seemeile". On the desent down to the damwall caution is advised (good shoes!). After the short tunnel galery, right along the road (next to the main road) to Gasthof Kühle Rast.

Start here by a narrow belt of forest an then slowly uphill: for about 1 hour you hike through the narrow, romantic valley along the Schwarzach, or turn after the tunnel left and walk alongside the banks of the Gmünd Reservoir. In Gmünd arrived again, cross the footbridge to the western riding stables and past, the path leads back up to the Hotel Kröller.
