The Beginners-Run leads from the Freizeitpark Zell (leisure park) to the South upstream, always along the river. After about 1.2 km you cross the Ziller river to the other waterside and from there to the starting point.

Route: Starting at the Freizeitpark Zell (leisure park), the route takes you northwards along the edge of the Ziller (river) to where the Gerlosbach stream joins the river. Follow the Gerlosbach upstream to Kaiserstadt and then continue in a southerly direction to the underpass and on to the Tannerhof where you can cross the fields and meadows back to the Ziller and to the starting point.

The Nordic Walking Trail starts at the Rosenalmbahn/Zillertal Arena top station, at 1.744 m, and leads to Simon's Bergstadl and to the Kreuzjochhütte at 1.905 m, where you can enjoy the sweeping panorama of the Alps and strengthen yourself with food and drink (round trip: 5,4 km). A Power Trail leads on a winding road up to 2.065 m to the panoramic place (round trip: 2,6 km, altitude: 160 m). The panels, designed in the form of oversized Nordic Walking sticks show the correct warm-up, technique, relaxation exercises, and much more!

Route: The Ziller-Run starts off similarly to the Beginners-Run following the river upstream, but the turning point comes somewhat further on, namely at the Laimacher Steg (bridge), making the circuit 4.7 km long in total.

Route: Cross the bridge the leisure park to the other side of the Ziller (river) and turn right. Just before you reach the Ziller bridge turn left (downstream). Follow the signs for Eugenweg/Holzweg to the Josef chapel. After the chapel, the route follows the hillside along forest trails all the way (apart from a short section on the road) towards the valley. The most interesting part of this route is a short section near the Talbach waterfall where some very steep steps take you up through particularly breathtaking scenery. Just short of the hamlet of Hippach, the trail leads back down into the valley. From the hamlet of Laimach continue to the Laimachersteg (bridge) where the circuit continues left along the Ziller promenade back to the starting point at the leisure park.
