1,5 stündige Wanderung entlang des Güterweges und durch Zirben- und Fichtenwald. Auffahrt zum Ausgangspunkt mittels Rosenalmbahn. Leichte Wanderschuhe empfohlen.
Von der Bergstation der Rosenalmbahn rechts, am Bergrestaurant "Rosenalm" (nur Winterbetrieb) vorbei, wo leicht ansteigend ein Wanderweg erst über die Skipiste dann durch einen Zirben- und Fichtenwald führt, wo man nach ca. einer halben Stunde auf einen Güterweg trifft. Von dort links dem Güterweg folgend, gelangt man in kurzer Zeit zur Gründlalm (Wegkreuzung). Dem linken Güterweg folgend, erreicht man wiederum unseren Ausgangspunkt die Rosenalm.
