The Krimmler Tauernhaus has, for its over 600 year history, always been a base and hostel for people on the Tauern Mountains. Today this "Alpine Tavern" has become a modern refuge, where you will experience the friendly atmosphere and warm hospitality in the cosy lounge. We cook with local produce and game specialities from our own hunting. This is an ideal starting point for many hiking and mountain biking tours.
