Silent Cinema

Silent Cinema is going to visit the most beautiful places in Austria for one summer and feature at lake Fichtensee at 1,700 metres on Saturday 8th July 2023. Sit comfortably in the provided deckchairs, enjoy the magical backdrop of lake Fichtensee and listen to your favourite film through headphones as it plays on a 7x4 metre screen.

• LOCATION
  Lake Fichtensee on the Rosenalm (1,700 m). Deckchairs and blankets are available for every guest.

  Tickets are available for €8.00 (not including gondola trip up and down) online HERE. Tickets are only available at the Rosenalm bottom station ticket desk on the evening if the event is not already sold out online.

• CABLE CAR TRIP UP & DOWN
  The trip up to lake Fichtensee is by the Rosenalmbahn cable car in Zell am Ziller. We recommend taking the Rosenalmbahn cable car up at 8.00 p.m. at the latest to make sure you don’t miss the start of the film after sunset (approx. 9.30 p.m.). After a 20-minute gondola trip to the top station, there is a 15-minute walk on a wide forest path to lake Fichtensee. Tickets for the ascent and descent with the Rosenalmbahn are available at the ticket office at the valley station of the Rosenalmbahn. We recommend the afternoon ticket (up & down), which entitles you to ascent from 3 pm: € 22.00 for adults and € 11.00 for children.
