aktiv Wellness - Nordic Walking

Boost your health and wellbeing with gentle hikes and easy health and relaxation exercises. All activities are led by a professional trainer and are suitable for everyone.
The "aktiv Wellness" program is available for all guests from 26th of June to 23rd of September 2022 against presentation of the "ArenaScheck" free of charge!

16.30 am: Nordic Walking
Together you will learn dynamic walking with special carbon poles with a qualified Nordic walking trainer. This form of movement offers a gentle full-body workout. Also suitable for beginners. Running or trekking shoes are an advantage. Duration: approx. 1.5 hours (contribution towards costs for sticks € 3.00)
