The Appartementhaus Zillertal Arena, formerly known as Appartement Regina, enjoys a sunny and quiet location in the heart of Zell am Ziller. It is only about 1 km away from the entrance to the largest skiing area in the Zillertal, the Zillertal Arena. A free ski bus stops about 50 metres from the house and provides a quick connection to the valley station of the Zeller Bergbahnen.
The charming village centre of Zell am Ziller with its inviting inns, cosy cafés and shops can be easily reached on foot. The nearest supermarket is just around the corner.
Our holiday flats offer space for 2 to 7 people and are simple and holiday-friendly equipped. On the sunny balcony you can relax after an eventful day on the slopes and enjoy the breathtaking view of the Zillertal mountains.
For sociable evenings, there are cosy seats available in our Tyrolean-style lounge area. Here you can plan the next ski day or challenge your loved ones to a card game.
Your car will find its place in our free car park in front of the house and there is a ski room in the building. We recommend storing your skis and ski boots in the depot at the Zillertal Arena cable car.
If you would like to bring your four-legged friend, this is possible at the Appartementhaus Zillertal Arena for a fee.
Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the rental price. You are welcome to pre-order a bed linen and towel set from us for a fee. If no pre-order has been made, please remember to bring bed linen and towels from home.
We would like to point out that smoking is not permitted in the flats or in the common area.

- Visitor's tax: 1,80 € per person and day (from 15 years)
- Final cleaning depending on the size of the flat: 60-100 €.
- Flat rate for energy costs: 2 € per person and day
- Deposit per flat: 300 €
- Dog: 10 € per day and dog
- Please bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them in advance for 12 € per person! (to be notified 1 week before arrival at the latest)
All consumables such as toilet paper and cleaning products must be brought along.
