Let us dream together. From the memories of last summer and the experiences on the mountain and in the valley. These are the very moments we long for.

Entry, exit and contact restrictions currently apply in Austria. Gastronomy, accommodation and leisure businesses have to stay closed. The opening of hotels, accommodations and gastronomy will take place as soon as the prevailing number of infections allows. We are all looking forward to welcome you to the Zillertal Arena soon. Stay healthy and stay positive.

Happy & safe. Healthy together.

The safety and health of our guests, employees and residents is our top priority. In addition to the currently applicable requirements of the Austrian Federal Government, we have also developed supplementary measures for your safety. Due to legal requirements, changes and adjustments of the measures may be necessary.

Each and every one of us has an important role to play in keeping us all safe. We therefore ask you to observe these preventative measures:

Guide for you as a guest

Wear a FFP2-mask.

Keep sufficient distance from strangers.

Ensure ventilation of the gondola cabin during the ride.

Pay attention to hand hygiene.

Stay at home if you show signs of illness.

Always observe general hygiene rules.

Contactless payment if possible & use our online ski ticket shop

Personal responsibility for you & your family.

Observe signs & instructions of the employees.

Dispose of used tissues and (non-washable) masks.

Do not leave your mouth-nose mask in the gondola cabin.

Sneeze or cough into your bent arm or into a handkerchief.

Book your holiday in the mountains now!

„Happy & Safe“ - that's the motto for your holiday in the Zillertal Arena.

Suspected cases of COVID-19 - What should I do?

Should you develop symptoms of COVID-19 (dry cough, fever, shortness of breath, etc.) during your stay, it is essential to call the Austrian medical emergency number 1450. You will then receive instructions and further steps (possible testing, isolation, etc.) from the authorities which must be followed without fail. Additionally, inform the host about the situation and isolate yourself if necessary.

In an emergency, please always call 144. Please also inform the emergency dispatcher that the symptoms could be a suspected case of COVID-19. If there is any suspicion of COVID-19, under no circumstances may the affected person visit a doctor’s office in person.
