The KRISTALLbad Wald Königsleiten doesn´t only offer a fantastic SPA experience, it also promises a wonderfully enjoyable time. Awaiting all you water-lovers is a 300m² swimming area, a 50-metre water slide, massage jets, hot tub and a kiddie pool. KRISTALLBAD Wald/Königsleiten: in- and outdoor pools with slide, sauna facility, therapy and wellness area, hairdresser and dining.

Cycling and biking

If you want to take it easy at first, then you can ride down the Salzach River. The "Tauern" cycle track (the perfect cycle tour for the whole family) leads you, along the Salzach River, to the different places of the Hohe Tauern National Park.

For those who like to set their sights high we recommend a bike tour in one of the valleys of the National Park. The hardships of riding upwards, are richly rewarded by the breathtaking natural experiences in the background of the high-lying valleys.

Fun at the Durlaßboden Reservoir

A lake at 1,400m above the sea level which still has a pleasant bathing temperature during the summertime? Refresh your feet after an exciting hike, relax your body by swimming a bit in the lake. Lovers prefer the hidden bays in the woods and some grill parties have lasted until after dawn.

The reservoir is also the perfect "playground" for surfing, sailing and going on the pedal boat. Of course you can also rent your water sport equipment or take a course. Just ask us for more information once you get here.

Fishing

Come and fish at our place from May to September (in the Durlaßboden Reservoir from the middle of May to the end of November). You can get a "fisher's card" at the Gasthof Bräurup in Mittersill or at the Alpengasthof Finkau in Wildgerlostal. Especially mountain trout and grayling will bite.

Paragliding

We will allow you to fly!
The Pinzgauer flying school is a state-licensed school of civil aviation and it has a training area in Neukirchen and Bramberg. Huge training areas and landing zones, perfect take-off points between 800 and 2,300m of altitude, always in well-known zones without power lines. No matter if you want to learn paragliding or if you just want to make a tandem flight: Our school takes care of your safety.

Riding on a horse-drawn sleigh

Discover with the original "Noriker" horse the beautiful landscape of the Oberpinzgauer National Park.
The ride with the summer sleigh in the evening until dawn is a once in a life time experience.

Riding

The happiness of the world lies on the back of horses. This old wise saying comes true at the horse farmehouse Karolinenhof and family Kreidl. Whether big or small - the ponies will make sure you enjoy yourself!
