Winter Hiking - The Wimmertal
The Wimmertal Valley is located in Gerlos-Gmünd. The entrance to the valley is right opposite Hotel Kröller. The path is a little steep for the first few metres but then you can easily stride past the Eggehtenalm pasture and, after about half an hour, on into the valley through to the snack bar at Wimmertalalm pasture. Enjoy the wonderful view to the Wechselspitze and Mitterjoch peaks.
